Roman Catholic parish church located in Ciechocionek, a spa town located in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, the Aleksander District in the Włocławek diocese, the Nieszawa deanery, entered in the register of immovable monuments. The church was built in brick, in the neo-Gothic style. In the interior, cast iron was used, which was used to construct the pillars, pulpit and music choir. The main altar and two side altars are made of Carrara white marble. The altar contains the image of the Transfiguration, and on the latch of St. Peter and Paul the Apostles. In the northern altar stood a statue of St. Antoni, in the south - Our Lady of Grace. Two large bells were placed in the church towers, and the towers themselves were covered with copper sheet. The roof of the temple was slate. The interior was covered with multi-colored polychrome. Złocenia was made by Czesław Czarnecki.
